NE IOWA | Help me out guys, I don't want to call the repair man! I have a Maytag Side by Side refrigerator. The freezer door got left open over night and what a disaster. My ice machine hasn't worked since that day. I read the manual and it says if the ice machine light is blinking it means your emitter board has gone out. The red light did blink for a day or so but finally stopped and is now solid red. I unplugged the refrigerator and thawed out the freezer thinking maybe one of the lines had ice in it. That didn't work either. So i don't know what the next step is besides call a repair man and open up my wallet. THX for the thoughts | |
