Subject: 28% in furrow vs 10-34-0

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana

i had read a post earlier this spring/winter where in furrow applications were discussed and i brought up the idea of using 28% at very low rates in furrow for the benifit of the N rather then the P in 10-34-0.

i can't seem to find that post.

so i thought i'd ask if anyone has done this?

2 gallons of 28% would have the same amount of N as 5 gallons of 10-34-0. I'd think this 6# of N next to the seed would be benifitial for a jump start before it could find a good source of N as it grew????

would 28% and bifentherin mix well? or would it seperate like 10-34-0 does? just brainstorming...
