Alliance, NE | Does anyone have experience with a 50/50 land purchase...I'm talking irrigated land. How do they work? I would be doing all the farming and irrigating. The other buyer has managed this land but won't be farming as he has a whole different business to run as well. How do splits go? I'm guessing taxes, pivot repairs, ect are split 50/50......anyone have any experience with this kind of situation ? Thanks | |
