| I have no experience with such a deal. However, it seems to me that one way to do it would be to set up a partnership - maybe and LLC - that would own the land. Then, you could rent the land from the partnership. This would be no different than if/when you rent land from someone else, except that you would be a partner in the ownership of the land. If you do it this way, the partnership would pay the land taxes. ???? |
