Subject: How come?

Bulls are so much higher? Sure, calves are higher but there is less cows. The reason calves are higher is the low numbers of cows which should mean less demand for Bulls. Is everybody trading up and selling the older Bulls to kill? Just a dumb question on a relatively boring day for me.
