| 1. How is the "base" price determined for corn,soya, etc...? I saw a chart which gave estimation on payments based on prices by county. What determines those prices they will use for 2014...2015? etc...
2. Hypothetical one...Say you take ARC CO...you have a 50/50 corn soya base. Lets assume there are payments for corn and soya in your county...how is it determined which you get paid on? Do you get to choose? Do they choose? Do you get paid on both?
3. What percentage of growers have/will just opt out entirely because the whole process is confusing and cumbersome to users?
