This computer has a lot of issues, never been "cleaned Up'. It's slow, will not connect to some links, can't send out an E-mail, Etc. Have an appointment to have it looked at.............when I get it back, will I have my current pictures, E-mail contacts and other info that I us on a daily basis? This computer is probably 5 years old, would I be ahead to just buy new?
