Subject: EZ Guide "Coverage" Switch Help

Floyd County, Iowa
I've got an EZ Guide 250 and EZ Steer 500 T2. I want to hook up coverage switches for planting (JD 7300 mounted planter), tillage (field cultivator and ripper), and spraying (Top Air pull type with L,C,R ball valve boom control).
I need your suggestions for the switches for the above implements. I've already got the wiring harness wired into the EZ Guide.
What would be the simplest, most economical, easy to find switches? Where to mount them?
I'm thinking either mercury type or micro switch for planter?
Probably micro for tillage?
Probably solenoid for sprayer, wired into center boom control?
Suggestions for what to buy, where to buy, where to install would really be appreciated. I've done a lot of looking on google, and get a gazillion possibilities, but need to hear from someone that added one and it actually works right.
I'd like to keep it simple and durable, not cobbled up. Every time I get looking at the equipment to figure this out, I start down the Rube Goldberg path. Gotta be something "better" than what I'm coming up with.
Not something that is a "need", but if I've got it available, I just as well use it.
Thanks.
