Cleburne TX | Have a cash crop tenant that would like do work with us on some tiling. Nothing major just a run in a few waterways. He has a tiling machine. I have the equipment to backfill and rework the waterways. Of course I don't want to spend more that i have to and yet I'm all for improving the land. What is a fair split? Glade to give him a long term leas to help recoup his inputs. He's a young good tenant. BTO by todays standers whatever that means. Really just a family farmer do what farm families do. I was thinking he trenches I buy the tile and do the rest. I've been a farmer most of my life but new as a LL. What's your experience. TIA | |
