| Been having leg pain and numbness and finally went to dr. had ex ray and mri done. MRI show I have a slipped disc at L4, L5. Saw an orthopaedic dr and sounded like surgery will be needed long term. That was not really what I wanted to hear. Now taking physical therapy and go back and see him in a month. Thinking about trying cortisone shots. Anybody have luck with those? Any side effects? Most days the pain isn't
terrible but getting tired of the numbness and just being uncomfortable. Will probably live with it for a while longer before surgery, just wanting to know your thoughts on cortisone shots. Thanks | |
