I am struggling with the question of base reallocation. It seems that a program designed to help take some of the risk out of farming, in itself is creating some of the risk by forcing us to make this decision. I raise corn, soybeans, and soft winter wheat. Are there any thoughts out there on which bases a person should keep the most of, then second, then third?
