Subject: Sucking air through a bin instead of blowing

just south of Indianapolis
I want to build a 36 foot soybean bin. I want to use a little heat and air to dry the beans but I really want the ability to rehydrate the beans. A salesman/consultant told me that I could suck air through the bin and that would be easier than blowing air through the bin. I can't find anyone else who knows anything about it and the bin builders give me funny looks. I live in central Indiana.

Anyone in the Midwest sucking air through their bins?
