Mi | I dont know all the details, but anyways.
Guy i know signed some papers about six years ago with DTE energy company. Most people in the area did. Nobody ever thought windmills would be up here because of an airport close by.
He found out that windmills will be going up in this area in about 18 months.
Now, he doesnt want any windmills on his land due to noise, shadow flicker from the blades.
When he retires i have a chance to buy his land. So i dont want the windmills on the land because its a pain working around them.
Is there a loop hole anywhere for him to get out of this?
I never signed up for the windmills, we thought if i buy the land now, so he wouldnt own it maybe there is a way from having windmills in that field? I heard its not that simple though.
