Thankfully our harvest is finished. No major break downs, everyone safe. Now the race to finish field work before the freeze.

My grain sample from our new (2013) 750 is not as clean as it should be. A lot of ground up corn. Any ideas what to try for next year?

16-19% corn
160-220 yield
4-5 mph
Green 90 series head

Standard round bar concaves

Concave: 29mm
Fan: 1350
APS Drum: 350
Rotors: 440
Feederhouse: 370
Lower Sieve: 13mm
Upper Sieve: 16mm

Overall we are happy with the capacity. It has a few small corn cobs in the tank and some short pieces of stalk. No loss behind the combine. Returns minimal, thought I did notice most of it looked like ground up corn.

We had two minor dryer fires that we are attributing to chaff/fines.

Any ideas where to start?
