We ground up some horseradish roots last night. We stirred in some vinegar to make it moist. Wow do those fumes burn your eyes. After it was in jars for about 30 minutes or so we noticed that the jars had sealed. We were surprised because we had not heated the horseradish at all. Can anyone explain?
