West Central Minnesota | Went out for supper couple nights ago and had an Italian dish with of course Italian sausage. I just love good Italian. My Son and I have tried making some a few times in the past, but it is never the same. Our seasoning mixes always have fennel for one of the main ingredients . Although it is good, it is not what is in real Italian sausage. Does anyone have any clue as to what seasonings I need to replicate restaurant Italian? | |
