Subject: pig/crop farm worker wages and salary

What do you think would be a reasonable salary in the following employment situation:

Employee has 20 years service with the company which consists of:

12,000 hd finishing pigs (custom feeding for someone else...work consists of ordering feed, loading in/out, daily chores and every 3rd weekend
1100 acres corn and soybean crops -- help in the fall (aprox 7 a to 10 pm hrs in the fall for 5 weeks, no extended ours other times of the year).
on-call for power/temp alarms in the pig barns

included it total compensation is:

4 wks paid vacation
paid family med leave
3% employer match on retirement plan
$1200/month payment to group medical insurance

What is a reasonable BASE salary before considering the employment benefits. Located in south central MN.

Thank you
