Wondering peoples thoughts on basis contract. Both elevators I work with had .28 cents for April corn yesterday. Today one widened it to .39 cents . The one with .28 cents thought it might get tighter because farmers wouldn't sell at these prices. The other one seemed to be unaware that basis even changed. What are your thoughts on a basis contract???
