Where roasting a whole pig on Saturday and it's been 8 years since we did one. It weighs about 130 pounds dressed. What I needing is how long do think it's going to take to cook it? Also any helpful hints would be great too.
Cooking with charcoal . Going to wrap it in chicken wire and get wedged between two grates and the cooker rotates.
