| How many of you think the combine markets will soften up in years to come on used rotor machines. Im talking from a Deere user side but I can't help but notice all the combined on lots and in the machinery magazines for sale. The thing I look at on the hours isn't the hours alone but how many acres and how much wear in those hours has occurred. Think about one with 1000 hours on it that has 10000 acres through it already! Compare that to an old walker machine that has 3000 hrs on it but over the 20+ years of use it averages 200-400 hrs a year lot less wear per hour. I guess what I'm getting at is why do you guys think they still expect such good prices on so many older higher hour machines just sitting on lots everywhere? | |
