SE Michigan | Went into my bard today, damp musty and racoon poop everywhere. Thinking it's time for a concrete floor ( gravel now) may call around in the next few days to see the cost of a floor (6' think)
Somday may deside to insulate the walls and move my "repairs" into the that barn from my 48 x 75 unheated . Figure do the floor first then later on do the insulation and other things.
If I "might" heat it later, should i put down a vapor barrior first?? Any guess for that added cost / bennifit??
