East Central Indiana | Engine is a 3-53 or 140 hp with turbo on it. (diesel) at least i believe it is a 3-53
I have a new engine with only 64 hours on it now. This engine will be running on a wheel trencher and therefore my question is should i stick with 30w or 40w a mono oil or can i run Rotella 15w-40 in it? I have switched it to the 15w40 but have not ran it longer than a couple minutes. Do not want to be kicking myself on down the line.
On fuel do i need to add a lubricant to the diesel?
