Roanoke, IN | Question for a landowner or tenant involved with a farm management company. What kinds of fees does the company charge and what services does it provide for landowner and/or tenant?
I am mainly interested in what a management company would charge an absentee landowner to locate a quality tenant, negotiate a lease, and make sure the tenant holds up his end of the lease agreement. This would be on larger tracts - 100+ acres.
