is it posible to resew the tarp on a roll tarp without taking the tarp off the truck? the sewing on the very right side that runs from front to back left go. this would be  where the tarp is folded over to form a sleeve for the pipe on the right side to slide into. its a 2 person to take the tarp down and  back up again. thanks
