Subject: Spraying for grubs in hay fields and pasture?

North Central Alabama
Man i will take army worms any day compared to these grubs. Some much more $ to treat and replant.I am eat up with grubs and they are destroying my fescue and orchard grass fields.None of my neighbours have them and i blame mine on chicken litter.Yesterday I mixed up a tank of 12.7% Lamba-cyalothrin at a rate of 3 oz.'s per acre to use on some bermuda grass army worms.I sprayed a small area where the grubs were with this mixture and looked this morning and it did not seem to phase them.
I just got back from buying some Sevin XLR PLUS and i am going to try it out this afternoon.I have a couple of questions.I am planning on using a qt. per acre at 20 gallons per acre.
Do i need to wait till dew burns off to put out?
I just have brown spots were the grubs have already done the damage so can i get away with just spraying damaged areas or do i need to spray the whole field?
Will the Sevin work on high grass that has not been mowed down short?
