Got computer back from tech, who fixed a major virus problem. USB ports will not work. Tech then uninstalled and re-installed the usb ports and thumb drives now are recognized by computer. However, external usb hard drive now cannot be opened or saved to. Some kind of driver problem ? USB printer is at college, so don't know if it will work or not till next week. TIA
