Dad listed 3 items on our local C/L the other morning and said within 45 seconds of hitting the "submit" button,he got a call from a guy that spoke a foreign language. The guy was interested in the most expensive item($500),wanted to deal ONLY via text from this point forward,He would send "guaranteed" check through UPS and have one of his "agents" pick up the item after the check was deposited in dad's account. I told him to block the guys # and have no further dealings with him. Did I save dad some grief or cost him a sale? Thanks
