rochester IN | Ok I've got about 40 ac of corn that I would like to plant to rye after harvest and plant to beans next spring. Do I put the rye with potash and disc it with a basket and hope it is smooth enough to plant soybeans into next spring? The other option is to use a 5500 soybean special ( 15" rows) after the combine and hope it will get through the stalks . I hope it will get thorough all the residue in the spring. | |
