Subject: What to do with my bad wheat

I started harvest on July 5th and grain was wet and 18-22. Decided to quit. Haven't had a chance to get back in fields. Now all local elevators don't want it. It does have vom and will be light test weight and now possibly sprout. One elevator will pay 2$ flat per bushels others will pay 3.50 minus dockage which will put me around 1.50 a bushel. Insurance only covers my yield so I have to harvest. What would you do? I heard it's only good for beef cattle feed not dairy hogs or poultry. Does anyone know for sure? I have a 4500 head dairy close. Thanks in advance.
Other notes. I'm paying a combine 25$ an acre to harvest and have no on farm storage
