Just installed latest version software to one of my ez500s and now it is looping on the startup screens.  I've atempted 2 and 3 button resets as discovered through seach.  Unit was working fine before i installed the upgrade. I have installed it on other EZ500s' from the same file before withotu problem.  what's up? Where do I send the damn thing to get it fixed?

Glad I have more of them then I need right now.
