Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow | A few days ago there was a discussion about managing wet & weather damaged corn piles. Does anyone know roughly what percentage of the corn harvest in Minn. & Iowa gets put into piles and at what average % moisture? Does the urgency & necessity to move that corn before it spoils have an effect on the regional price in early winter. More generally does insufficiently dried corn depress the basis? |
