Subject: Nebraska fence laws


NNW Nebraska		problems between neighbors.

one says he don't have cows on his land, he don't need a fence.

Lawyer agrees.

I read Nebraska law 34-102 and it sounds to me that if one landowner wants land fenced, other is required to fence or pay for his half of the fence.

What are others experiences?
