Anyone else having problems with Kodak 10B / 10C cartriges going dry so fast ?
I have had a Kodak 7250 printer now for 4-5 ? years, and they delivered as promised years ago, good printers, ink near as cheap as the generics, no plugged nozzles if not used regularly. I was very happy with the printer intil the last 1-2 years.
Ink cartridge prices have been steadily rising while the cartridges seem to last for less and less printing quantity.

This last pair of cartridges installed a week ago and now dry after printing not more than 20 pages of mostly text, about tears it with me and Kodak ink.

I just ordered generic cartridges from a company(castle ink), that has been good as OEM cartridges in my old epson printer ( and their prices are what Kodak was 4-5 years ago.)

If the Generic ink does not solve the problem, I will be in the market for a good color laser printer. Any brand / model recommendations appreciated.
