| A couple weeks ago I posted pictures of our new yellow lab pup. She has been a pretty good and well mannered dog so far for being only 8 weeks old today. Almost house trained entirely already. Anyways I was wondering what others have done as far as crate training and etc as there will be times where she has to spend parts of the day possibly longer kenneled up as nobody will be around. I know most say to make them sleep in the crate which we have not practiced at night very well as she whimpers and cries so bad. One night was 2 hrs before I let her out and into the bed with me. Which I know isn't a great habit to start. I guess I need some advice from others on here that've done this.....tia | |
