Neighbor has a few free range chickens that he sells eggs to us & neighbors, every so often we crack one open to fry and it is runny and looks nasty, wife has cooked them for me and they taste rubbery and I dump them out of the skillet. Our store bought eggs never do this and those eggs travel hundreds of miles before we eat them. What causes this? TIA.
