N FLA | I would agree about that. It seems like bags is the easiest method for me. I don't mind making people bucket corn if they insist that they can't dump seven 50 pound bags into their barrel. I should welcome it as an opportunity to save 1.25 per bag. But they want you to pass that savings on to them. Then need extra equipment and deal with small quantities. I've had a 20 bag minimum so I don't have to mess with 7 bags of corn.
Maybe you could share pics of what your setup looks like. I can keep my eyes on some of these junked or upgraded chicken farms and see what's around. I don't have a very good site for bins and augers. But have a real nice warehouse for pallets, and could park a trailer there also. | |
