I’ve ran this scenario in my head before many times. Does a guy do the cesarean first or put her down first? Seems putting cow down you wouldn’t have much time to get it done. Yet I’d hate to cut open a cow while living. Unless you had the proper sedatives.


Vet told me I had about 2 minutes so I got them to outline exactly where to cut. Though it also didn't have to be pretty. This is a bit gory but when we shot the cow she did the leg spasms and her eyes went dead but kept on breathing, which is likely the only reason I got the second one out alive. She was a good momma cow to the end.
