Thumb of Michigan | Might depend on location, here one was sold about 5 years ago, IIRC for less than $300K. Buyer (area farmer) sold the 250,000 bushel bin, legs and cross conveyor (it cross the road 50' in the air), sold the AA tank and dryer/leg. Still has the semi scales (less than 10 years old yet). There are 3 larger pole barns (plus smaller one) still on site, rumor has it recently sold for a MJ growing operation (now legal in MI), for $1.3M. Don't think farmer ever ran a bushel of product through any equipment. Rail siding tracks have been removed at road way even. He may have rented the fertilizer mixing/storage building, but it was well used before he purchased it.
