I keep losing internet connection and 5 seconds later it reconnects Randomly. Service provider said to change cables. No difference. Called them again with no sucess. Can I just connect a splitter to the incoming line and for get about the wifi. Leaving out the router and see if I still lose connection? tia
You can connect directly to the modem without the router, but you can't use a splitter. But you are more susceptible to a malware attack without the router. |
