| Depreciating assets bought on credit doesn’t mean they are financially literate.
Just means they like to have fun and spend money they don’t have.
No doubt the middle class is making money. However they are spending just as fast. It’s the American dream and the American engine.
Problem is when they can’t work anymore do they have enough to make it? What is their actual net worth?
My wife and I could sell out tmrw and likely have enough to retire and we are millennials by generational definition.
