Water does not drain off my fields fast enough to prevent wet feet. If the ditches are full, takes longer to get the water off.
I have been subsoiling ahead of corn last couple of years, helps if it is a wet year.
Even if tile can be used, it will silt up quickly.

No it won't if installed correctly.
