| Central Iowa been recieving some rain last couple days. My wife has been in Ankeny and on Friday said it rained for most of the day, was raining down there again last night at Polk city where she’s staying with my daughter for a few days. Don’t know amounts, but least it can rain some. I was working on my farm yesterday in southern Hardin county and a thunderstorm brewed up and dropped some pretty decent precipitation. There was water standing between the rows in places on my way home between Grundy Center and Eldora. That’s good ground down there and about as Central Iowa as it gets.
