Go back and read on here, plenty of posts about the crop not getting planted, and just how bad it would be all summer. Then harvest came....UNICORN! Not saying it will or wont be trend but the argument it cant, wont, or is unlikely to happen is just silly.
100% true. My one dissenting point will be, in those growing seasons there was no prolonged period of much above-normal temperatures during pollination and grain fill in a broad region centered on the I-States. And I think we learned that there are a lot of farmers who can't be bothered to get out of their air conditioned pickup and work up a sweat walking 269 feet out into the field to look at what is really there.... |
