First time was rock ingestion. Needed knives anyway just trying to get the last little bit out of them. Added motors to shear bar adjustment, few other minor things . That included dealer labor.

Second time was inspection and repair at dealer with labor.

Have a few bearings out in the feed rolls now. Putting in new smooth roll and scraper, bearings, drive chain for front bottom roller, coupler chain to drive smooth roll, inside feeder house wear plates. New knives, shear bar, probably anvil and ledger bar. New accelerator paddles, chute liners and spout liners bottom to top. All new hardware. New wear strips on front feed rolls. And all new filters. Went through list and cut some stuff out and got it down to $13000. Pallet of parts was $12000.

OEM parts sometimes are cheaper than Kooima. We're 70 miles from kooima and usually only use their parts in an emergency. Certain hard to change things I will not use them.
