Unless you have some cows to eat that baleage, there are more risks financially than rewards.

Timing of wheat harvest, getting your beans planted on time, soil conditions after baleage/hard dirt/potentially no rain for weeks so beans emerge all over the place.

You have to be able to financially double dip (both enterprises) if you are going to push your chips into the center of the table.
