Hard to get rain when there is no moisture in the air to support development. The humidity is so low it was down to 33 the other day and no dew and hardly any frost. Yesterday it was about 65 with a dew point of 39. Lots of pivots running in my area trying to activate chemical and fertilizer also trying to help get crops up.
Appears to be another busted rain event
