Got one yesterday as well on my I-pad. Actually my notification occurred when I had to re-login.

it said; “this password has been involved in a security breach, a password change is recommended”.

I did not click on the dialogue box, but I did change my password.  it was one I have had used for several things and it was probably time. did it through my settings.
