Subject: should I fertilize my replant?

Johnstown Ohio
I planted my 60 acres of corn on April 27-28 , got a nice shower that afternoon. Then a few nice days then the rain started. I scratched up a couple kernals on Wednesday the 5th, looked good tap root growing and the shoot was just under the soil surface. We have gotten 5 1/2" of rain in the last 8 days the field is really wet so I'm sure replant will be needed. I put 12 gallons of 10-34-0 at 2"x2" did this all wash away with the rain? do I need to put more on with replant if so how much?
