To ad to Darrell’s reply. The levees are indeed on contour, unless they are straight, then the field was laser leveled, aka benched. Some fields are hob-knobbed, partial leveled to remove low spots, kinda straighten levees but not bench leveled, in between natural grade and pretty straight bench leveled blocks. .
