My favorite is a nice greasy "smash burger" on the flattop. Next up for me is a nice 1/3rd pound pattie smoked indirect next to some charcoal. In my experience the best way to end up with an awesome burger is to start with some awesome meat. Everything after that is just frosting on the cake.
